REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
This is the refund and cancellation policy which outlines the rules and regulations for the use of Dead to the World LLC's website and services
Under purchase, contract, completion or assignment of any and all services provided by DTW, the refund policy of our company is that there the only refunds due to the discretion of DTW alone and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also agreeing to our refund policy and forfeiting any legal right you may have to file a chargeback dispute with your bank over any payments made to DTW by agreeing that you, the cardholder are in fact the purchaser, or, if you are the purchaser, that you have full discretion from the cardholder and they (the cardholder) also understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the refund policy and all other active policies regarding any and all services performed by DTW and any and all terms and conditions and privacy policies on dtwheadquarters.com and any other website owned or operated by DTW.
"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms of service.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "DTW", refers to our Company. "Party",
"Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Manatee County Florida in the United States.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Cancellations
Cancellations of any services or purchases may be grounds for a refund only under the discretion of DTW. Cancellation of any services or purchases may result in a stoppage of the fulfillment for any services payed for either partially or in full under the discretion of DTW alone.
By reading and agreeing to these policies/statements you are agreeing to all the terms listed and forfeit any legal right you may have to initiate any chargebacks or chargeback disputes against DTW unless stated otherwise in writing by the company.
Dead to the World, LLC is a music business coaching and developing company. We do not sell a businsess opportunity, "get rich quick" program or money making system. We believe, with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisons, but we do not guarantee success in our training. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, or claims that our training will make you any money. All material is intellectual property and protected by copyright.
