REFUND POLICY
1. Please be sure of what you would like out of your final product. We are not obligated to make any changes post-mix and would appreciate anybody who doesn't ask for more than our best effort at reaching their demands.
2. The quality of your audio playback device can make a huge difference when you want to hear the final product of your song or file. We have professional quality speakers and headphones, and playing the audio back in most commonly used headphones, phones, or car speakers may effect your experience of listening to your song again.
3. At Dead to the World Headquarters, we do not give refunds in credit, in supply of extra services, in cash, or in any way.
4. The reason we don't give refunds is to implement a trusting and professional environment into our studio. If we were to give refunds to people who preferred a different approach on our artistic services, we would be forced to break down our standards and trust to make exceptions for the few.
Dead to the World, LLC is a music business coaching and developing company. We do not sell a businsess opportunity, "get rich quick" program or money making system. We believe, with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisons, but we do not guarantee success in our training. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, or claims that our training will make you any money. All material is intellectual property and protected by copyright.
